WISC - Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog
 Faculty/Staff (WAH)
Eligibility

While a Microsoft Desktop Campus Agreement is in effect, UW System faculty and staff may, if their institution authorizes it, purchase Work At Home (WAH) media for installation and use on personally-owned computers at home. Personal purchase of WAH media is currently (as of 23FEB2009) authorized by UW-LaCrosse, UW-River Falls, and UW 2 Year Colleges.

That software is for work-related purposes only, and your license for home use of it is considered an extension of the license under which you use the same software on your institutionally-owned computer. Purchase of WAH media does not give the faculty or staff person who purchases it a separate license for home use.

If your employment with the institution of the UW System ends for whatever reason, you must remove the WAH software from your personally-owned computer and destroy the installation media. If the UW allows the Microsoft Desktop Campus Agreement to lapse, you must remove the WAH software from your personally-owned computer and destroy the installation media. It is expected that the Microsoft Desktop Campus Agreement will be renewed indefinitely.
