Terms:

This software may be used at the purchased version forever. The license may not be resold, assigned or otherwise transferred to another person or entity without Minitab's written permission.

This Software may be loaded on only one computer owned or leased by you and may only be used by you.

Upgrade Protection:

Students cannot purchase maintenance for the software sold under this program. Personal licenses are treated like retail licenses, which do not offer maintenance.

If you are still a student when a new version is released, and you want that new version, you would need to purchase a new full license. If you are no longer a student when a new version is released, and you want that version, you would need to purchase a commercial license.

Restrictions on purchase:

Students may only purchase products for their own personal use and they may not resell or distribute the product.

Inappropriate Use:

The end user may not modify, resell, rent, lease, sublicense or lend the software.

The software must be installed on the purchaser's home or portable computer. This software may not be installed on institution owned or leased computers.

Software sold to individuals under this program is for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial purposes. If you want to make a profit from using these applications then you need to purchase a commercial license.
