The Filemaker license under which these products are sold is renewed annually.

Inappropriate Use:

The software can only be installed on the purchaser's home or portable computer. This software may not be installed on institutionally-owned or leased computers.

Ownership:

All licenses are perpetual at the version purchased and nontransferable.
